Is anyone else having problems with ordering items from "Regalia"?

Orders not received, e-mails unanswered? I know the club is run by volunteers but members still expect a reasonable service!

Yes, I gave up trying to get a reply from the regalia officer. I live in Ireland and have to contact him first to get a price for shipping but if he is not getting back to me what can I do.
All I want is to get a copy of the Alpine Guide.

Some of you still seem to be having outstanding issues with Regalia.
I'd be gratefull if anyone who still has orders outstanding or any un answered questions to please e-mail me full details inc items ordered payment dates, method of payment etc and any e-mail communications with the club to me. I will then endevour to try and sort your problems out

Hi steve,

You asked me to do this back on September 25th 2007 which I did, but I still did not get anything sorted out......
I was just told to send in my order form, but how can I do it if I am not given the postage costs!

I did pass your details on and thought everything had been sorted. Once again I am really sorry that you have had so many problems. I think that this still take some time to sort out but if you could please resend the info to me I will try to get what you want to you ASAP
