The Solent Group would like to invite all club members from the South of the UK (& further afield if you would like to come) to join us for another of our famous Isle of Wight Invasions this time 0n the 2nd of July to celebrate the 50th Birthday of the Alpine.

For those unable to make the Cannes trip this event offer the simmilar prospect of overseas travel (ferry ride across the Solent) wonderful drive outs in good company (we have averaged about 22 Alpines at the last two Invasions), Lunch at a marina in Cowes (almost Cannes!) and vistits to some of the Islands attractions all in one day.

Further details will be placed on the Forum before the end of next week. In the meantime if you are interested in joining us please let us know ( we already have interest from The Somerset & Kent areas) . ((And me (dibs) (Bristol))

Hi.

I have managed to get hold of some directions. For one reason or another I can't get to copy and paste them here. And I'm not going to type them all in here. So read them on the club's web site.

Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

Then click Isle of Wight direction 2/7/2009 for the PDF and print a copy.

Retirement. It's like being on the dole but with more money!! Or it was, until this period of economic difficulty.
