Well, I ended up having to drill out all the hinge screws to get the doors off, then I spent the next four weekends removing the dashboard, all the wiring, the heater, the steering, clutch and brake linkages and then relaxed and read the excellent SAOC 50th Anniversary book!
That's when I looked closely at the photographs of the assembly line in Coventry and like a lot of Mopars in the 'States, good old Chrysler in the UK mounted the engine, gearbox, front crossmember, suspension and steering from underneath in one lump.
So that's the way I took it out!
Next comes the petrol tanks, off with the back axle, then I'm going to see if I have enough pennies to get the shell soda blasted.
