Hello to one and all,

As this is the form, this is my first post on the forum. I have to confess I've never been on one before. I leave Facebook and the like to my wife and daughter! Just bought a lovely (well I think so) Series 11 last Friday, and on the Sunday took off up to the Thornfalcon Classic Car meeting just outside Taunton, Somerset. What a great afternoon! very laid back but well organised event.
Met up with some very nice Alpine owners, who were very friendly and helpful. Initally I couldn't understand why they were waving as we came in. I then remembered I was in an Alpine and not a MGB, sorry I forgot! Thank you all for making us feel welcome, and we will be going to the local meetings, wherever they might be!
As this is the first post I won't bore anyone but I need to find out some history on my car. I understand it is already on the SAOC Register. ID No 19. Thats for next time. Now back to those webbers. It's running like a bag of spanners!
