Hello there,

I am in the process of reconditioning the rear hubs on my serIII and have noticed quite a bit of wear on the woodruff keys that locate the rear hubs on to the half shafts. I,ve done a bit of research and this subject is quite well covered on the SAOCA website. They are very keen on using hardened alloy steel woodruff keys especially with the V6 powered vehicles.

As a newish member I was wondering if our club had ever sourced or stocked hardened woodruff keys in the past and if not it may be worth looking at?

I look forward to hearing your views on this matter.

Retirement. It's like being on the dole but with more money!! Or it was, until this period of economic difficulty.
